Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully repack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure it arrives back at our shop in mint condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a scheduled pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
